Very close to metro , supermarket . Has kitchenette , coin op laundry . Kayla was the best receptionist so helpful . Hope I spelt name right

Well positioned near San Marco for daily adventures in Venice and moments from S. Zaccaria vaporetto station which leads to everywhere, including authentic restaurants in Giudecca, Murano for glass, Lido beaches and Biennale art. Grateful for luggage lift. Good breakfast, self serve coffee and small buffet. Comfortable firm bed, good sized safe and room. Great AC once you figure out the settings!
TV channels limited and cast (drag on wifi connection). Funky smell in ground corridor. Shower narrow rectangle shape - leakage issues. Tepid tap water served at final breakfast. Needs a deep clean and paint refresh.

Fabulous location, a couple of mins from San Marco Sq. Good local restaurants. Staff were polite and really helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out for a few hours which enabled us further to enjoy Venice. Greatly appreciated. Great value for money! A decent breakfast was included which we enjoyed.
Would stay here again.
The shower door in the bathroom didn’t seal correctly when shut so some water escaped onto the floor. The ridge of the floor of the shower facing the door was clearly rusted but otherwise everything was clean and very comfortable.

Super central location, easy for arrival and departure. Nicely designed bed.
The bathroom had a bit of a smell and was a bit worn down. During the day it was a bit noisy from the street shops and bars. All rooms are located on the first floor, mine was facing the street.
