Our stay was amazing!! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace fantastic! Was a great location in the middle of Venice. Soo good 😊

Fantastic place located just next to Riva degli Schiavoni and Piazzia di San Marco. Everthing was fantastic, starting with support of owners and all atmosphere they created in the B&B. Delicious breakfast prepared individually. The room was super clean.

Very central, super clean, modern and comfortable with a friendly and present owner/staff. Easy accommodation to access from the water bus so we could pop in and out if we got tired of daily activities. We were always met with smile and offer to help with anything we needed. Absolutely loved this place. The breakfast roof terrace was beautiful place to relax.
