The location is the selling point. A close second is the staff! Very helpful!
Getting to the balcony was a bit tight and it was hard climbing the steps. But enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony in the morning.

The location is absolutely fantastic, just a few steps from St. Mark’s Square and the main attractions of Venice. It was a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. We really appreciated being so close to everything.
Nothing in particular. We had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location. 29 steps to secret area the north side of Bridge of Sighs. Quiet and could see top of Doge's Palace from my pillow. Large jacuzzi bath. Private terrace.
Step up to private terrace coukd be challenge for older guests. Same with stepping into large bath.
