Très bon emplacement avec vue sur la lagune la personnel est très agréable et compétent
L’absence d’ascenseur ! Quand on n’est plus tout jeune c’est difficile de monter 3 étages à pied. Heureusement le personnel nous a monté la valise

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Blick auf die Lagune ist sensationell. Das Zimmer ist im venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber.
Großes Manko ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und das Treppenhaus sehr eng ist. Die Dachterrasse wird leider privat genutzt. Einen Kofferraum gibt es auch nicht, die Koffer werden frei zugänglich im Flur stehen gelassen. In der Nachmittags Zeit ist es anstrengend, den Außenbereich des Restaurant zu nutzen, da dort der Inhaber offenbar teilweise sein Büro hat und dort ständig, lautstark telefoniert.
