Wonderful stay in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful interior. The breakfast in the garden was a real highlight, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive. Having a private deck where you can take a water taxi adds to the unique Venetian experience and makes the stay feel truly special.
There was an unpleasant smell in both rooms. Considering the price, I think something should be done to prevent sewage-like smells in the rooms.
We reserved two rooms on different floors, and unfortunately, both had a strong unpleasant odor, very similar to stagnant water or sewage that did not disappear after use of AC.

The art and the location the breakfast
We make reservations for one bedroom with 2 queen beds but they give to us a king size bed!!! We was there for work I ask to refund me but they didn’t!! So we stay and we sleep in the same bed! This is not acceptable
