Very old classy rooms with beautiful antiques and rugs. If you get a canal view it is well worth it. Was on top floor with canal view and room was big with marble everywhere. Lots of storage and seating in room. Right near the St Marks Square. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else
No elevator so if you are on a top floor you have to carry luggage up flights of stairs. Staff will do that at check in though. But checkout you probably need to be able to carry luggage down. I felt bad for the senior senior citizens.
Food was great for breakfast.

This hotel had the most comfortable bed we slept in during our entire travels in Italy, and we stayed in 6 different hotels. This was one of the only hotels that provided us with conditioner which was a nice touch. Who knew hotels in Italy don't really provide hair conditioner. We enjoyed the convenience of the ATM at reception and the professionalism of the front desk staff and photographer that we booked for a family photo shoot.

The room was so beautiful and luxurious. The location was amazing
The double bed was 2 single bed next to each other with a pad on them. I prefer a one real double bed as I don’t like to sink between 2 beds 🤣

Stairs and felt like a room had just been added to the loft. This was not what I booked
