Very nice large Venetian style room with antique furniture very traditional, view from our room over the canal with gondola parked outside.
Nice quiet area, lots of nice restaurants nearby.
Fully cooked breakfast which was buffet style, but very nice had everything you wanted great coffee.
Would highly recommend this hotel, staff were excellent helping us organise trips, etc. always lots of staff on hand in reception to assist any time.

We loved the location - right on a quiet canal and a fairly short walk from the Vaporetto stop. It was also a very short walk to some great restaurants and Doge's Palace. We LOVED the view from the 4 windows we had over the canal! The building had lots of interesting architectural details and was quite beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and served in another hotel just a few doors down. I would 100% stay here again! All the pics I've added are either of or from the hotel too - some of them from the windows in our room.
There was really only one useable receptacle in the room - in the bathroom... While this offers a minor challenge, it is fairly common in very old European hotels, and you should be prepared for it when traveling to places this old.

Its location
Stairs and felt like a room had just been added to the loft. This was not what I booked
