Very well located for what we wanted. Silvia is very warm and friendly. She’s very knowledgeable about Venice and took time to note all the places to visit.

The room was like a 5 Star hotel. Ms Sylvia was so kind a gracious on our arrival, she took the time to show us the layout of Venice on a map, where to see the sites explain the the water bus system. Breakfast was served each day fresh fruit, meats bread, eggs and danishes. She even ordered our water taxi for returning to the train station. Also thank you to Ms Claudia for her service too. The only problem I had was I didn’t follow Ms Sylvia’s instructions on how to arrive, she gave explicit instructions but not being familiar with Venice I didn’t follow correctly l, my bad. This first time I felt compelled to give review. Don’t pass up this B&B

The aspect we enjoyed the most was the location and surrounding restaurants. Not very close to Piazza San Marco and all the tourist. Claudia that attended us every morning was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast. The breakfast was average and poor selection of options. The coffee was very good, however, the juice selection was not very good. It was basically a very simple continental breakfast option. Also, the bathroom had very low water pressure and there was one bathroom for two rooms.
