Easy access to Victoria downtown & up island too !
Adequate amount of towels for our stay - bed was comfortable and while one bedroom was very clean !
Nice to have a few coffee pods for coffee machine - was missing a roll of paper towel ..maybe a little more dish soap would be nice too -or some napkins -
Plenty of parking available & easy to locate the property!
It was a little noisy at times - walls seemed very thin -
The cutlery drawer was missing soup size spoons - only had teaspoons - hard to eat cereal … 🤷♀️ a little more lighting too - mussing a lamp perhaps ?

The limitations are clearly laid out ahead of time so you know what to expect, and book accordingly. Ie. ceiling height.

We liked the location of the bus stop to downtown from the property. This was really good and easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean and tidy. Having a laundry facility with detergent available was a great help to us. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed.
When we booked the property we understood that there was a family upstairs and there might be some noise before the children went to bed. BUT.... we were not aware that there would be considerable conversational noise through the interconnecting door. It was loud enough at times that we found it difficult to listen to the television at normal volume. It sounded like there was more than just a family there having a meal together. The people upstairs seemed to get up at 5.30 am and as a result woke us.
