Guest garden studio suite walkable to Florence Lake, many hikes, a quick drive to Bear Mountain Gold & Spa Resort, Royal Roads University, Goldstream Park, shopping nearby with steps away from the Galloping Goose cycling trail with easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, and only a 20-minute drive to downtown Victoria or Sooke. Private bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Private outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, grill, and portable stove. High-speed internet. A smart TV. Dining space. Parking spot for one vehicle. Guest access: The entire studio suite is solely for you with a private entrance. Check-in can be fairly flexible as there is a key lock box. During your stay: One of us works from home so someone will typically be around to help if you need it. We are also pretty quick to respond via Airbnb or text.

Fantastic location outside the city with a beautiful surrounding area. The home was spotless and very clean. Perfect get away for me and my partner. There's also a ton of beautiful scenery within walking distance which makes for a great date\walk by the waters and park night. Would highly recommend if you don't want to stay in the city :)

I stayed at this property for my 35th Birthday in Victoria. The price was high, competitive for the area, but still a splurge for a budget traveler. While the property itself is extremely beautiful and is a reasonable distance from all the sights of Victoria, my experience was not as enjoyable as it should have been.
The big seller of this small studio is its large lovely patio, it faces beautiful tree-covered hills with a fire pit for you to enjoy. Maritza is an incredible gardener and the flowers and trees made the patio a special place to spend time. I was really hoping to drink wine and sit outside by the fire when there was a moment of sun.
Unfortunately the fire pit was out of gas. By the time I realized this at 9pm, I felt it was too late to call so I went without and messaged in the morning. Communication was great, Maritza was very responsive, however she told me that she knew the gas was out and that they would replace it after work. Why would someone would not replace the gas knowing a guest is arriving? Regardless, by 9pm that night and with no gas for the fire pit yet I called it a night. The next day I wake up to texts from Maritza saying that it was never fixed because “they thought I was sleeping”. I checked as I left, and the fire pit still wasn’t fixed and I never was able to use it for my entire stay.
The microwave was also broken and I had to throw out most food I bought. They were able to add 12 min of cook time for me to use. Completely unacceptable
