Character property
Bar noise till 1230 ish then chairs at 0700 scraping across the wooden floor whilst breakfast being set up disturbed our sleep

Great location in Battle High Street. The Bull Inn is a lively pub with a great crowd. If pubs are not your thing, don't worry - the soundproofing is excellent and I couldn't hear any noise in my room aside from a very subdued murmur.
Breakfast was really good with unlimited filter coffee.
The bathroom is ensuite with the only very minor issue that the shower cubicle was a little small for me.
The room was spotlessly clean with a good TV and viewing selection.
I will definitely stay here again.
