Really nice stay, always stay here when in Hastings.
It's a comfortable place, nice bed and bathroom.
Lovely large balcony where you can sit out and have coffee.
Always clean and very modern.
Have booked for next week already.
The hot water isn't very hot, always boil a kettle up to have a wash.

The room was very clean, has a fridge, which I thought was a great idea, loved the balcony, Location is excellent, everything is in walking distance.
It was too noisy to sleep you can hear every word people are saying outside, even though the window and doors were closed. If I were to stay any longer than the 2 nights I paid for I would've ask for a refund and go elsewhere. It really needs double glazing. I'm coming to Hastings next year, not staying here though.
