The room was pristine, extremely clean in a very positive way. Beds are very comfy, even the bunk beds, the matress is high quality. The room looks amazing, it seems it has been renovated recently. It was also a surprise to find out the we had 2 bathrooms in the family room. Very convenient for the family room. They also offer coffee/tea and again, nice surprise that was high quality.
The room wasn't ready at 2pm and we needed just to leave our luggage and come back later. Also, to get access you need a code, our didn't work properly and we needed to ask for help downstairs (the pub). If this happens when the pub is closed, not sure how do they fix it. Bear in mind the pub is located close to the station, but the old town is 15/20min walk.

The room was modern and well fitted, the decor was fantastic, bed was comfortable albeit a little noisy. The staff were extremely helpful with our little dog and bags.
Bins needed to be empty but that's a minor point.

Contemporary. Clean and great pub attached. Bed was really comfy and shower room was very smart.
Someone on their speaker phone in morning outside our door. Not sure if it was another guest or member of staff. Just annoying and a bit rude.
