Our host, Vincent, is very proud of what he provides, and with good reason. He went to every effort to make sure we were comfortable, providing personal recommendations for places to go and things to do, as well as making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is a special experience, with all guests seated around one table, and Vincent hosting in a very professional way. All produce are high quality, and Vincent's scrambled eggs are exceptional, but there are plenty of other things to eat if that is not your thing. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and bright, with good quality bedding, very nice shower, quality towels, toiletries, and refreshments (fresh milk, tea, ground coffee, biscuits, and bottled water provided). We would highly recommend a stay here, and will be booking again. Thank you!
There is a steep hill coming back from the town centre, and steep steps to come up from the station. However, there are plenty of taxis for those not able to manage this hilly town.

We loved the quirky nature of the decor and the personal attention from Vincent. The breakfast had everything, and the egg on toast with salmon delicious. Parking was easy and the bed was comfortable. Very enjoyable.

I like absolutely everything! Vincent was just an absolute gem & looked after us exceptionally well. Breakfast was amazing, room was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave!
