Location, walk to the beach. House has been updated, very nicely kept up and well stocked with essentials
It is a duplex, awkward to sit on the deck noisy neighbors. The pool pump was broken, water was a bit murky with the temporary pump and it took up pool deck space. You share the pool with neighbors

This property is fabulous!! Everything you need is there in a beautiful house, a great pool and it's right on the beach! We couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive host, Alex was exceptional! The convenience of being right on the beach and also so close to so many of the restaurants and shops was delightful. We couldn't imagine a better place for our family to stay. We were already planning our next trip while we were there! We can't wait to come back!

This is our 4th year visiting Gulf Shores as our 4 generation family vacation. The property is perfectly located within walking distance of the ice cream shop and convenience store and a short drive to all Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have to offer. The beach is amazing and the pool is a nice gathering place for everyone! Blue Parrot #7 had a nice grill and plenty of beach chairs and toys to enjoy.
The living room furniture is ready for an upgrade but we didn’t go to the beach to hang out in the living room.
