Clean an comfortable all the way and close proximity to so many options around, very pet friendly.
There was no notification about the cost of parking.

Very clean, good location, trams and buses are just downstairs.
Parking is quite expensive, 26€ for one night in garage. Rooms doesn't have balconies.

We loved the kindness of the staff the most! They made us feel special :-). The second day of our stay was my daughter’s birthday and they suprised her with sweets and a card at breakfast :-). The location is great for us, and the hotel is just so beautiful and clean!!! We also liked the breakfast.

-The design of the room and the rest of the hotel. Also the soundproofing of the room was good and there was not a lot of noise from the traffic outside with windows closed.
-The location is a bit out of the city center but right next to the U-bahn station (U1 which takes you directly to the city center in about 10 minutes), just across from the big shopping mall with lots of dining options.
-The restaurant (with tasty burgers and nice staff), bar and fitness facilities on site.
-We spent here 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Even when we hang a sign on our door at 11 am for the room to be cleaned they only put some coffee pods and tea bags in the room but have not changed the towels or made our bed. That was very strange for a **** hotel.
-The price of a breakfast is absolutely ridiculous: over 40 Euros for two persons which comes to almost have of the room rate and there is a bakery right next door. Seriously?
-One of the receptions was very moody all the time and also lied to us twice about the availability of a late check out (the other receptionist said it was absolutely no problem and made it happen in less then a minute right after the first one did not even check the availability on his computer).
