Location and free parking
The space is old. It looks like a furniture was randomly picked up at a garage sale. The toilet was also dirty, which made the overall experience quite unpleasant.
That said, considering the price, you probably won’t find a better place to stay. In the end, you get what you pay for.

Nice place and easy check in. Transit is nearby.
Rooms were a bit dirty, food under the beds. Spiderwebs. Dusty. Only one tv in 3 rooms. Wifi would not work 3/4 of the time. To get to one room you had to go through someone else's room, there wasnt a private doorway for all 3 rooms. Coffee packs they offered to sell us was much cheaper at the local store 2 blocks away.
