The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was happy with the blackout curtains. The breakfast offered a diverse selection, including lactose-free options, various plant-based milks, sweet pastries, eggs, meats, and an assortment of juices, tea, and coffee. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, accessible by public transport or a longer walk. Nearby, there are Billa, Bipa, and DM, which are quite handy; however, the room did not have a mini fridge. On the plus side, there was a powerful hairdryer available, much stronger than the typical hotel hairdryers that often struggle to dry hair effectively. Also, the room is very quiet, and you can't hear other guests or the street.

I didn't like receiving multiple emails about check-in and check-out the day before the trip, as well as repeated requests to rate the place. I don’t understand the urgency; I will simply check in when I arrive, especially since there is a self-check-in at the reception anyway. After receiving a second message reminding me to check out (the day before, so I will let them know when I will be leaving), I mistakenly wrote that I would check out at 2 AM instead of requesting a late check-out at 2 PM. I contacted their app (you are required to create an account to check in) and notified them through my booking account as well that I had made a mistake, asking them to change it. Unfortunately, no one replied, and a male staff member just entered my room at 9 AM. Thankfully, I had already gotten dressed. I also found the air conditioning to be excessively loud. It would start up suddenly in the middle of the night, and while I understand it activates when the temperature exceeds a certain level (though no specific value is indicated on the thermostat, just a rotating circle), the noise was disruptive enough to wake me up. I had to adjust it until the sound stopped. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the bathroom situation. There was no door or shower curtain, which made showering quite unpleasant, especially if you want some privacy while sharing the room with someone. It also took me a while to figure out that I needed to scan a QR code to request room cleaning; otherwise, no one would come. I wish I had been informed about this at the reception when I arrived. It seems impractical for people who don't have smartphones.
