El hotel y las instalaciones internas son un paraíso a nivel visual, las habitaciones también. La infraestructura es una obra de arte, una pena que tenga tantas fallas luego en otras cosas.
Los shows de la noche son muy buenos también.
No te lo recomiendo al menos no en agosto. os empleados se notan no están para nada contentos se ve enseguida que están mal pagos o con stress laboral, la playa en agosto/septiembre es nula, hace de cuenta que vas a un all inclusive sin playa porque no la vas a poder usar ni para meter los pies en la orilla. La comida deja mucho que desear, no es buena.
Hay mucho olor a cloaca y a podrido en toda esa zona de punta cana, el agua súper marrón y contaminada, y el hotel lamentablemente no escapa a ese olor permanente y las playas inutilizables.
