Very nice hotel! Not good to check-in at 3:00pm and not possible to book restaurants for the arrival dinner.

My family of four had a wonderful 5-night stay at the property. Our family concierge Juan was incredibly helpful in making our entire vacation enjoyable, helping with reservations and any needs we had. We were traveling with another family and he always made sure to accommodate our plans. Loved the activities at night and waterpark for the kids. The food and staff were wonderful.
