Beautiful Property with everything possible for kids and adults to keep busy and entertained
Was never able to get consistent internet service. Apparently, they had tried to service it before we arrived but it never really worked. The spa heater would not come on consistently. when it did, it would shut off after about 15 minutes like there was something wrong with the breaker. The BBG grill needs cleaning or replaced. The flames and heat were not strong enough to cook the chicken we were wanting to cook. We had to finish cooking them inside in the oven

We liked that it was clean and had a Pickleball court
We planned this vacation to play Pickleball, use the pool and spa. Unfortunately, I was told the night before our arrival that the spa was not working and that there was not going to be anyone available to fix it for us. I was offered a $200 credit towards my next stay of which I said that was not an appropriate response and was then offered a $200 credit to my CC that I paid with and a late check out (really not suffice). When we arrived and tried to play Pickleball in the evening, the lights on the court didn't work. We were then told that they were disabled because the neighbors complained of the bright lights, however there were tall lantern lights all over the front yard where the court was that were on a timer and didn't go off till 5:00am. We tried to use the fire pit the first night but it wasn't working, they did have someone come out to fix that for the following night. They really should have told us about not being able to play Pickleball in the evening, should have made sure the fire pit worked and fixed the spa prior to our arrival. No excuse for any of the issues for the money that we paid.
