It was very depressing, too late to cancel! They did not have full size towels, no batteries for remote, unable to view tv. Homeless living there in cars. This should not be on hotels. Com Expedia or any other, nothing vlose to hotel!

This place is very unsafe .. it's dirty and has so many state violations .. this Motel is over all worst .. #1 it had other guest hair in the shower , in the bed , it had roaches .. #2 it's no battery in the smoke detericior #3 someone tried to break in our room at 3:00 am in the morning and again at 3:05 none of the rooms are safe . #4 they require you to pay a key deposit for a door that don't work and has been broken in several times . #5 parking area very unsafe #6 several long term guest sitting on the stairs not letting you pass buy #7 there's knob on the front desk door

The worst I've ever been, this is definitely not for family. I stayed with my girl and couldn't spend the night, people arguing outside my door for hours, screaming, fighting, drugs, alcohol, bandalism, lots of bums at entrance.

Place looks sketchy, a bunch of sort of homeless people were around the place. Room had cockroaches, no toilet paper, no towels. When I asked for towels I just got one. The side dressers look like they found them on the streets, drawers were full of graffiti inside. There were people in and out from the room next to mine, they look like gang members, that made me feel unsafe. I ended up getting another room in another place for almost the same price.

For $60 the room served it's purpose. However, ad stated mini fridge came with the room. It did not. Door would not close right away and lock was hard to get into lock position. We did not stay because it kept sounding as if someone was trying to open the door. No towels, no soaps, nothing.

Bed bugs, roaches, leaking toilet, disgusting mattress and sheets, room stinks like cigarettes and weed, as well as the whole complex, neighbors make noise ALL NIGHT with people who come to buy drugs from them. I also told the clerk at the front desk about the bed bugs and he didn’t care, they know about them but won’t do anything about getting rid of them. Don’t be like me and be cheap, just spend the little extra money to stay at some chain motel across the street. Only positive is I learned my lesson about going super cheap on a motel, never again.

The door would not lock properly lock. No tv pillows were lumpy smelled like smoke. Soap the size of a silver dollar. I would not recommend to anyone unless they were going to be on the street.

bad experience very dirty when we walked in, dirty bed, dirty floor, dirty bathroom, bugs crawling, flies, dirty towels,: manager nice i dont think his housekeepers keep it clean or sanitary; the housekeeper acted like it was clean and questioned me not a bad place but been way better with clean rooms

This place is a very unsafe place, the manager allows individuals who seem to be deeply involved in drugs to freely utilize the property.. the room I received had no toilet seat the TV was smashed and bugs was in the room.. when bringing it to the manager's attention it was no refunds take what you got.. this place should truly be investigated for illegal activity avoid at all costs this property

Hotel has roaches and bedbugs broken windows ran down AC not working. I was switched to another room and I still had roaches and bedbugs. I asked for a refund I was informed that I had to go through hotels.com, and I still have not been refunded. And they say they do not allow pets but he allowed me to stay with my pet and he charged me an extra $25 for my pet. when changing me to another room, I found the mattress really stained with smell like old bled looks like old blood. Everything is in the photos I was a housekeeper, so I know how address these to be bedded the customer service was basically you get what you pay for a MoveOn. You’re not gonna get a refund I never slept there never got to use anything in both rooms I checked in and I checked the room and discover all this and went to the front office to complain and requested a refund back which I have not been paid and it has been 17 days that includes non-business days this was the worst experience and afterwords I drove away. I’m happy and itchy from things that I seen this hotel needs pest control treatment and updating all across the board including the staff. They do not care about their property. They just want the money and you have to deal with it whenever you get it. Whatever you get the customer service is very poor to check it is a very small place. Only one person is allowed to stand in that area. I am very unhappy and would like my refund returned to me as soon as possible the month it’s not even over yet.

This is easily the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Graffiti in your room, May or may not have a tv, your air conditioning unit won’t work and your neighbor is a prostitute offering you crack. Either stay across the street at the Motel 6 or just settle for the back seat of your car.

We checked in at about 9pm. The deposit for our room was $20 must be CASH deposit? We understand a deposit and all but never ever heard of a cash deposit? Our smelled horribly a stench like something has rotted? it was so bad that it kept me up all night. We would have checked out and try to get another place to stay for the night but I've been driving all day in rain and was dead tired so we decided to bare through the night. We were up by before 5am trying to take shower and realized that there's no soap or anything and that there's no towel?? So i visited the front office that's when he handed me 2 worned out brown bath towel in different colors and nothing else saying that they don't have anything? Yes, we ended up checking out immediately without a shower and by the way their Check-Out time is 10AM. Please Please avoid this establishment and save yourself a lot of grief, time, and money.

Staff is cool no issues there they allowed early check in on short notice room was nice size offer mini fridge and microwave and heat** sadly it turned out to be bedbugs luckily I never got bitten I caught 1 crawling for my fiancé while sleeping

The hotel room we were initially given was extremely dirty. The walls, furniture, floors, the smell. Not clean. No hand towels. A/C not sufficiently working. The manager was friendly and gave us another room, which was much cleaner, but not totally clean. Outdoor trash was overflowing and smelled bad. Would not stay at this hotel unless they completely remodeled the rooms and got a better cleaning staff.
