I like that the property incorporated a bit of every amenity that can be found at a typical hotel. Some examples would include the pool, the complimentary breakfasts and the restaurants.

The location was not ideal. The busy intersection presented a great challenge for those that are not familiar with the roads. Additionally, the King Suite were a bit misleading. The extra room was very claustrophobic. Towel changes were not available and those that were available for pick up were only pool towels.

My stay at comfort inn was good, the breakfast was great, comfortable room and bed,

Breakfast was great, wide variety to choose

Dinner prices was too expensive, i bought Alfredo didnt meet my ecpectations at all

Cocoa tea / chocolate tea only on wknd ,I was disappointed 😥

I was booked for 1night but had to stay 2 nights and they were very accommodating and I was very happy I was able to stay in the same room.

I didn't like the limited choice of fruits for breakfast

Good stay.

Excellent Service, staff was welcoming and pleasant, the staff at the bar were very helpful, overall it was a pleasant 2 nights.

The room i got #409 is located very close to the terrace bar, music was played loudly nightly, i think i should have been informed of tbis before.

It's the little things that go a long way

The room.. comfortable bed, tv n Ac. Oh the breakfast was beautiful..

Check out time should be more flexible... On checking in I notified the front desk that I wished for a later check out time. He gave time as 2pm. However on my return to room on said day I was locked out. Returning to front desk the same guy said I needed to advise o the day I'm leaving. I was confused as this wasn't told to me prior. I even advised him the website asked if there were any additional request hence I notified him on check in. Besides this I had a wonbderful stay will do again...

Our stay was pretty good. The place was clean. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast could have done with a bit more variety. The dining room got a bit tight on weekends. It rained one morning and soon a "river' was running through the dining room! The omelets were excellent and so was the hot local chocolate.

There was not much to complain about. I would have liked a greater fruit variety at breakfast.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent as there was a variety of items to choose from. They also changed up the menu on each day. The view from the pool was simply breathtaking. All the staff there were pleasant and helpful which made the time I spent there even more enjoyable. The rooms are a decent size and is nice.

Even though the pool is beautiful it quiet small for the size of the hotel. So it can get crowded very quickly. The beds were suppose to be queen size, however, it looked and felt more like a full size bed.

Great if you are on a business trip

The rooftop pool is amazing. They have very good daily shuttle services to the beach and the airport and staff is very friendly and accommodating

The restaurant only have one menu for dinner and it’s a four-times fixed menu. They should have more options available for guests. Also, I ran out of water in my room when I was checking out. I’m not sure if it was related to my late check-out, that ended at 5 and I left the room shortly after.

Absolutely amazing stay. We love every moment of our stay. Team here was very welcoming and I love the hotel.

We had an amazing time! Breakfast was amazing. Dinning was even more delicious we want to shout out Isha and Robin you have an awesome team. Also Michelle at front desk!!!

The staff was amazing and took great care of us. Vegan friendly, they made sure to prepare something for us every morning. Also, property location is good since it is walking distance from town.

we had a lovely 3 day break in a clean brilliant located modern holiday with friendly staff

modern clean and friendly staff lovely breakfast

one chair in the room for a couple meaning only one can sit in the chair the other had to sit in the bed or floor no daily cleaning of room ie empty bins change towels daily water not provided on your first day considering this room was more expensive than most hotels we stayed during our inter island holiday but you didn’t offer the above I think this should be looked at

The staff were very friendly and helpful, almost like it they were programmed to.

The room smelled mouldy and there was a definite odor. The room was not made up every day.
