Comodidad, los espacios muy amplios, el desayuno de calidad y variado
Al llegar a Recepción quien me atendió no fue clara con una situación en mi app de Booking aparecía un precio total y ella me cobró casi el 40% más porque así le aparecía en sistema. Tuve que pedirle su nombre y que me permitiera hablar con el supervisor y no me quiso dar sus datos mencionando que era ella la supervisora. Que no podía hacer nada. A los 10 minutos que insisti, cambió toda la narrativa y me dio voucher de reembolso y el cobro como me aparecía en mi app, es decir si había solución.

Excelentes instalaciones, muy bonito el hotel
No hay nada de amenidades en las habitaciones, tú los que pedir unas pantuflas y solo llevaron 1 y tarde, las aguas son muy chiquitas y solo 2, el frigobar estaba apagado, la cortina está caída por lo que en la mañana entró el sol a primera hora
El desayuno nos tocó frío, había algunos espacios que no tenían comida, el jugo de naranja vacío, había que pedirlo.

I loved the view from my room and that there was roof top over pool . Also loved the room had iron , and plenty of nice towels .
I did not like the transparent window in the bathroom area , because I was with my sons , so there was no privacy .
