Located on the 10th floor of the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, your vacation experience will be unmatched in this full remodeled, completely upgraded, gorgeous beachfront beauty. Inside the condo, you'll enjoy two bedrooms and ample space and sleeping quarters for 8 guests (sorry, no pets). The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows for a view so amazing, you may not leave the condo. A smart TV, HD and cable provide all you need for inside entertainment (if you can tear your eyes from the view), and complimentary private wifi keeps you connected. Our kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional with all you need for meals, snacks and drinks. There are all new appliances and bar seating as well as a view of the Gulf. The dining table for 4 rounds out our seating for 7. The master bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite upgraded bathroom with walk-in shower, Smart TV, large closet and ample storage space. The second bedroom has a full size bed plus a twin-over-full bunk to sleep a total of 5. Our custom bunk nook in the living area offers 2 more spots for sleeping, and rounding out the bed options is a sleeper sofa. A second upgraded bathroom is off the living area and includes a tub/shower combo. A private balcony has comfy seating and overlooks the stunning lagoon pool with lush greenery and waterfalls which all sit beside acres of Gulf front that are part of the resort. We take cleanliness seriously--now more than ever. We meticulously clean frequently-touched surfaces with CDC-approved cleaners. All linens and towels are professionally laundered between all guest stays. Our floors are triple cleaned: swept, vacuumed and mopped. We value our guests; their health and safety is a priority. Josh was so great to work with! I spoke with him a couple of times before our arrival & he was very quick to respond & extremely helpful. The condo did not disappoint on any level- the pictures actually don’t do it justice. Cleanliness is super important to us & met all of our standards. This condo has all you need. Appliances looked new(fridge still had the paperwork attached to it). Great location overlooking the pool. It was very clean and we had no issues at all. We have stayed at Edgewater several times and this is the most updated condo we have stayed in and would definitely stay again!

Very nice, cozy vacation we had. Beautiful view, ocean, pool entertainment, Starbucks corner, restaurant and the bar. The unit was very nice. I highly recommend to get that unit.Plenty of space for everybody.We loved it. Thank you, Josh

Solid condo nice resort. DJ and Live music, great bartenders at pool bars. Resort kept clean. Volleyball on beach, private parking gated. Go to American Charlie tavern and Shuckums..must stop seafood

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here. The condo was as beautifully appointed and centrally located to the lagoon pool and beach. The view was spectacular. The entire process was easy and the owner, Josh, communicated exceptionally. We have stayed at Edgewater for many years, and this condo has by far been our favorite. Highest recommendation you should book this one!

Overall the vacation went off without a hitch. The condo unit exceeded expectations. Clean. All updated. Great view, great location, great beach, great amenities. We loved the bar, restaurant, pool, hot tubs, golf, beach chairs, and on-site airbrush t-shirt shop. Would definitely go back.

We had a fabulous stay at the Edgewater. It was perfect for all ages and accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Our host had great communication and was very responsive. We had a minor parking pass issue and this was resolved promptly after communicating with the owner. Would recommend and stay again!

Really can’t say a bad thing about this condo. Cute decor, nicely updated, good central location of the entire complex, great use of space within the unit itself. Communication with the owner was easy and helpful. Highly recommend!
