This one-bedroom cabin offers an authentic experience with modern amenities, including a remodeled kitchenette, new appliances, and upscale bedding. Immerse yourself in mountain life at its best as you relax in the peaceful tranquility of nature. The cabin features a private covered porch with rocking chairs for enjoying nature views, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and an outdoor spa/hot tub for a relaxing soak. As our guest, you'll have exclusive access to a nearby Mini Farm where you can meet the llamas, pygmy goats, and chickens, and enjoy fresh eggs. You can also explore the hiking trails on the property, stay connected with free wifi, and have firewood provided for your convenience. The cabin comfortably accommodates 2-3 guests, with a full-size sleep number bed and a Lazy Boy sofa with a pull-out queen Slumber Comfort air mattress system. If you need additional guest rooms, we also have another vacation rental, The Lodge, located nearby (#3692110). When you're ready to venture out, you'll find plenty of local attractions within 10-15 minutes, including the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, WNC Nature Center, Biltmore Estate, River Arts District, and outdoor centers for river tubing, rafting, and zip-lining. You can also easily access the craft breweries and restaurants of Asheville via Uber or Lyft. Rest assured that your safety is our priority. Our properties are cleaned by JCV Cleaning Services, following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting during COVID-19. We strive to be good neighbors, and therefore, we do not allow loud music or excessive noise due to the proximity of other properties. We also have limited parking to protect our septic tanks and fields. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and our property supervisor is available nearby to ensure that you have a pleasant stay and to address any issues that may arise. Perfect little getaway with the family. Most everything you need for your getaway is provided (paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, etc.). Perfect for staying in and relaxing or going out for a hike, it really is a versatile stay. 10 out of 10 would book again and have had friends/family reach out for the link to book themselves.

The cabin is so cute and stocked well with everything you need. The cabin is secluded so you can sit outside and enjoy the view in privacy. The owners are very quick to respond to questions and are very pleasant ideal with. They even welcome you with fresh eggs from the farm for your stay. This is one I would book again.

What a wonderful long weekend in this quaint little cabin. If you’re looking for luxury, five star amenities this won’t be the place for you. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, stay in the country that’s close to Asheville, Black Mountain, and surrounding hiking trails this is a perfect place. The cabin has everything you need for a romantic long weekend. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the cabin had everything you needed for a pleasant trip. The hot tub was clean and in good working order. We didn’t do any cooking but it had a full oven and microwave. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. A sweet little find.

Overall we had a good experience! Some of the dishes from the shelf were dirty when we wanted to use them, a glass had dried milk and a spatula had egg. I felt I had to wash the dishes before using. We did not have much wood upon arrival and no matches to start the fire. The location to downtown was great!

We spent our mini honeymoon at this cabin recently! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The cabin is secluded and small but perfect. It has everything you need. A container of fresh eggs were left for us when we arrived. We did some hiking around then property, walked down to the little farm almost every morning and went to places around ashvielle every day which is only 15-20 min drive. The hot tub was a plus and very clean, dont forget to take advantage of the outdoor fire pit for those chilly nights. Perfect place if you need to take your pet with you, plenty of room for a large kennel, but he ended up going everywhere with us. The only thing is you will need to take flashlights. It is pitch black at night and there are bears around, especially if you need to take your pet to use the bathroom before bed. We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs several times, so be alert and aware when walking and hiking around the property. Already have reccomended this place to several friends. Cant wait to stay here again.

The bed was comfy, the cabin had everything we needed, there’s hiking trails on the property, and we absolutely loved saying hello to the farm animals. We saw some bears on the property, so follow the cabin rules and recommendations of being aware and responsible!

Upon arrival, the air-conditioner and lights were on. Very inviting. They had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay including extra towels, pillows, blankets, mini fridge, drinking glasses, dishes etc. Absolutely, perfect!
We are from out of state and our experience campers. Our first morning during breakfast, a Black Bear was less than 20 foot from the back screen door. Our dog, made us aware of his presence. Thankfully, we did not leave anything in our truck. No food, air fresheners scents etc., however the Bear had knock out a tail light looking in the back. That evening, coming up the drive, we saw another Bear in the yard of the lodge. The Bear crossed the drive and into the woods beside our cabin. We had no plans of cooking out and we followed the Beware of Bears sign posted in our Cabin but I must say, we never expected to see one that close. Due to visibility, we decided not to use the Hot Tub. The Hot tub is next to the cabin and surrounded by the woods. The property care taker contacted us the first day regarding someone stopping by for a couple minutes to look at the outside and I did let her know of the Bear. She stated to me in a text, "Life in the Mountains". So true!

I took my girlfriend to Asheville for her birthday, and this place did not disappoint for our stay. It was amazing! Nestled back into the countryside, quiet and peaceful. Though the rain kept us from visiting the animals, the owners made sure we had some fresh farm eggs for breakfast. Only about 20-25 min from anything in downtown which made getting to whatever activity we had planned very easy. If youre looking for some peace and quiet for a few days, this is definitely the place to stay!
