Centrally located, Nuevo Sol is the perfect jumping off point to enjoy all that the high desert has to offer. The house is just a 12-minute drive from the black rock park entrance, 6 minutes to the Joshua Tree Saloon, and 14 minutes to Pappy & Harriets and La Copine. THE INDOORS • Primary bedroom - King • Second bedroom - Queen • Third bedroom - Queen • Full kitchen • Living room with indoor Gas Fireplace • Strong WIFI • Dining Room and table • Central AC (works VERY well) and Heat for perfect comfort all year THE OUTDOORS • IN GROUND Pool • Hot Tub • Custom Fit Pit with Boulders • Propane BBQ • Patio • Outdoor Seating • Expansive fully enclosed back yard OTHER THINGS TO NOTE • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • GOOD NEIGHBOR BROCHURE Once the booking has been completed, there will be a mandatory signature required on the Town of Yucca Valleys, Good Neighbor Brochure. That will need to be completed to secure your reservation. • AC The house is heated and cooled by central AC and heat. • NO WOODEN OUTSIDE FIRES Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. *Propane fire pits are currently allowed. • POOL Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s. • PETS No pets are allowed at this property as the owner has severe allergies and asthma. There is a $750 pet fee added should a pet or pet items be found at the property • POOL + HOT TUB Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.

The house in the desert is perfect for a family. The kitchen is modern and the living area comfy. There we’re a few things that didn’t match expectations. The outside is not as depicted. It’s pretty run down. Needs weeding. Pool floor chipping. Float ripped. Overgrown. Overall a nice stay.

A perfect example of a desert dwelling outfit for oasis living. It was aesthetic as it was comfortable. The pool was not heated but it was warm enough for a refreshing dunk on a warm day. A perfect home for a visit to the park, located perfectly for all of the services one would want.

The house was very clean, it looks like we may have been the second VRBO renters so almost everything was new. There was plenty of paper towels and bathroom paper, plenty of dish soap and a wide variety of pots and pans for cooking. A French press was provided, maybe a coffee maker would have been more commonplace. The family was really impressed by the shampoo, conditioner and body wash! There was a generous amount and the quality was amazing! It wasn’t cheap! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a great quality. It also had a very light scent so it wasn’t overwhelming. The pillows were amazing! We wish we could find out the brand, it wasn’t too hard or too soft. The shower towels and pool towels were also good quality. The hot tub was also easy to use along with the grill and the fire pit. Communication was excellent with very quick replies from the team. The house is close to stores, eating places and a stone's throw from Joshua Tree, our destination. Overall, an enjoyable place to spend a long weekend.
