Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage.Freundliches Personal .Wir waren die einzigen die Frühstückten.wurden sehr freundlich Bedient.Es war ruhig die Bettwäsche und die Badetücher rochen richtig frisch.Unser kleiner Dackel durfte auch mit.
Im Flur und danach im Zimmer roch es mufflig.In der Nachbarschaft muss es mehrere Hunde haben.Einer bellte die ganze Nacht durch und teilweise dann noch andere dazu.Am morgen kräht ein Hahn.Sind selber sehr tierfreundlich , aber haben kaum geschlafen.Leider wird das Hotel nichts ändern können.Und kann auch nichts dafür.Das Auto muss man unten hinstellen.Es ist sehr Dunkel und Das Gitter nicht geschlossen.

Un posto davvero speciale, di quelli in cui si percepisce immediatamente una cura fuori dal comune.
Le Mer è una splendida villa nobiliare, finemente arredata e rifinita in ogni dettaglio, immersa nel verde, nella tranquillità e con una vista semplicemente mozzafiato. Ogni ambiente è curato con grande gusto e tutto trasmette eleganza, charme e attenzione.
La nostra camera era bellissima, arredata meravigliosamente, estremamente pulita e curata, con un bagno enorme, luminosissimo e davvero stupendo.
Un altro grande punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti sono stati premurosi, gentili e capaci di farti sentire accolto fin dal primo istante, quasi come a casa. Viaggiavamo con il nostro cane, ancora cucciolo, un po’ pauroso e quindi a tratti agitato, e sono stati davvero meravigliosi con lui. Lo hanno riempito di attenzioni, coccole e premure, facendoci sentire completamente a nostro agio.
Abbiamo anche cenato presso la struttura e abbiamo apprezzato molto la cucina, che completa perfettamente l’esperienza di soggiorno.
Un abbraccio speciale alla dolcissima signora di Madrid che ci ha seguito al check-out l’ultimo giorno: grande amante degli animali e, dettaglio che ci ha fatto sorridere, del film Matrix! Abbiamo chiacchierato tantissimo con lei ed è stato bellissimo ascoltarla mentre ci raccontava la storia, le particolarità e tanti dettagli di questo luogo.
Siamo ripartiti con la sensazione di aver scoperto non semplicemente un albergo, ma un posto con un’anima.
Sarebbe davvero bello poter tornare un giorno… magari per qualche evento o per una bella festa. Chissà! ❤️

We checked in online in advance and had booked two separate rooms. However, when we arrived, we had to wait 40 minutes before being able to access our rooms.
We were also surprised to find out that a €100 deposit was required in case anything was damaged.
The soundproofing is terrible. Throughout the night and early morning, I could clearly hear a child running and stomping around in the room above us, making it very difficult to rest.
In addition, the chandeliers were dusty and dirty, and the bedding did not appear clean.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience and did not meet our expectations.
