For a breathtaking sunset, venture up to the top balcony to take in views of the ocean and historic Corolla Lighthouse! The Space: First Floor: - game room with pool table, shuffle board, arcade machine, and card table - wet bar with full refrigerator/freezer and ice machine - half bath - comfortable seating - movie theater - elevator access - king bed 1 with en suite bath Second Level: - washer & dryer - 5 king rooms with en suite baths - bunk room with en suite bath - elevator access Third Level: - 2 king rooms with en suite baths - half bath - washer & dryer - elevator access - fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances - two full refrigerators/freezers - large dining area - wet bar - large living space - ocean views - lighthouse views Outside: - large backyard perfect for lawn games - large heated pool - hot tub - outdoor shower - dog run - tiki bar - grill *Pool heat fee is $75 per day or $500 for the week* **Please note the pool closes on November 1st** Guest Access: Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. Other Things to Note: Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and the sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. Interaction with Guests: I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property, and it is always great! The neighborhood and beach are quiet and absolutely lovely. Be sure to visit the local beer garden and the ice cream shop! The house is an easy walk to and from the beach. The backyard is huge and we appreciate the space. The pool at this house is one of the best we have ever had! This year we had 10+ people and floats in the pool with room to spare. The house has everything you could need and want for your beach vacation. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN! We are so grateful we found this rental property!

Great house: plenty of room for our group of 16, wonderful kitchen and great room; large dining room table for family meals. Loved the pool and the beach, the game room for the shuffle board and billiards matches and the theater room. Plenty to do around Corolla besides the beach -- especially enjoyed the mini-golf and the bicycle riding. Had a really relaxing and fun week.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! Loved every bedroom having an en suite bathroom, the pool and yard are glorious, kitchen had everything we needed, laundry on two floors, theater room was great and the kids and adult kids enjoyed the arcade game. This is our 5th year in a row vacationing as a family (grandparents, our kids and grandchildren) and this was the best property so far! Hoping to return next year! Thanks James for your hospitality!

This is a large immaculate house a block off the beach within walking distance to old Corolla. Fully equipped kitchen, huge pool, new hot tub, nice great room. Couldn’t ask for much more.

I absolutely loved this property. I was a great place for me and my family and friends for the weekend. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5.0 is because the bottom rec area was not sufficiently cleaned. The floor was not mopped and we could see several spill spots on the floor and refrigerator has some residue. There was one bathroom with a dirty towel left in it. Even so, I would highly recommend this property and return on another vacation.

My friends and I do an annual trip we call FamJam, and we chose this house for our 4th annual celebration. This house was absolutely perfect and fit all of our needs! We loved the fact that each couple got their own master suite with bathrooms and TVs! The downstairs game room was also great, we were always down there playing shuffleboard or the arcade game. The house had so much room and the seating areas were comfortable for our lazy lounge days! The cinema room was a huge hit and we all spent time in there watching movies. Overall this house is perfection and we are already planning to book it for our 5th annual FamJam trip!
