The Space: - 8 bedrooms - 7 bathrooms (5 full, 2 half) - multi-level living spaces - Game room w/ pool table, ping pong - Swimming pool & hot tub - Horseshoes court - Access to volleyball court - Short walk to the beach Guest Access: Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23.
