About this house rental
This is a 55+ active community in the highly desirable location in the heart of Oro Valley, AZ, but 5 minutes from Tucson. Community has both manufactured homes and site built homes. Walking distance to shopping, groceries, and Riverfront Park is across the street from home. There are dozens of weekly activities including pool, spa, bocce ball, mini golf, shuffle board, etc. Please visit the community website at (URL HIDDEN).
This manufactured home has been rebuilt from the ground up in March 2017. This is one of the few premier lots that face the mountains with a 350 sq ft deck to sit and enjoy the view. This is a completely Furnished and refurbished 1,300 sq ft mfgd home. Just bring your clothes! The Great Room has a formal dining area, office area, and a family room/TV area. Master suite has a private bath with a soaking tub and a shower, his and her vanities with granite counter tops. You have to see this home to believe the beauty of the decor and the space. Large laundry room with sink and outside entry. You can bring your RV, or boat, etc. there is a parking space for it!!
The person renting needs to be 55+.
It is a no pet community!!
December - March is only rented by the entire month, in 2 month increments. February requires March also. Bookings for winter, open up on 7 months in advance.

Very clean community. Used the jacuzzi many times. Only complaint would be tv had just local channels. No sports channels. Streaming service was available and used some.

This home was great, had all the amenities I needed. Open concept for the living, kitchen and office was very welcoming. The location was easy to get to and plenty of parking. Great neighborhood, I felt very safe. The pool was awesome and I enjoyed it as much as I could. I sat on the patio each morning watching the sunrise over the mountains with my cup of coffee and will cherish those memories. Kathleen was a great host and attentive to my needs.

First trip to the Tucson area and decided to stay in Oro Valley just north of downtown Tucson. Great area! We stayed in the Highlands 55+ community in Kathleen's manufactured home and the backyard had an amazing view. The neighborhood was very quiet. We didn't take advantage of any of the amenities (pool, shuffleboard, etc.) but I'm sure it would have been fun. Kathleen met us for check in and gave us a tour of her house and also the community areas. It was very helpful. We had everything that we needed and if we did have a question, Kathleen responded quickly to our text. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Kathleen is super sweet! I was disappointed in the furnishings which seemed hodge podged/miss matched. The floor was beautifully redone but it was like they put it over a rotten floor and there were soft spots that you sunk into. The dining chairs were broken and she didn’t give us a heads up and we could have really hurt ourselves. She brought new furniture while we were there and just left the old furniture stashed around the house and on the patio and she came in while we weren’t there several times.
When we had a medical emergency and had to stay longer she offered to rent us her house. We appreciated that but wanted others to know what to expect.
The Park and amenities were lovely!
