About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home! You'll never want to leave once you experience this backyard oasis. Newly built heated pool, hot tub, string lights, three fire pits, brand new outdoor kitchen, outdoor space heater for colder weather, comfortable outdoor furniture. And that's just the outside!
This cozy 5-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 in 2 queen and 3 king beds and we offer a queen floor mattress as well for guests 11 and 12. We love this house and we think you will too!
The space:
The first queen bedroom is downstairs right next to a full bathroom (no stairs required). The other four bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a bathroom upstairs in the hallway next to the laundry room. The master suite has its own private bathroom with walk-in closet. As well as a TV. The upstairs queen bedroom also has its own TV as well. There are three TVs total in the house, including the 62" TV in the living room.
The TVs in the house are all smart TVs so you'll be able to login to Netflix and your other streaming accounts.
In the upstairs hallway cupboard is where you'll find your pool towels, extra blankets, and the air mattress plus all that you need for guests who will be using the air mattress (sheets, pillows, towels, etc). The air mattress comes with a built in air pump right inside the air mattress.
In the garage is where you’ll find the newly remodeled game room. The driveway can hold about 5-6 cars if you use the side RV/boat gate for parking. Street parking is off limits for vacation rentals in the city of Redding.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need for cooking big meals with your friends and family. We have a Keurig, French press, and drip coffee pot, pots and pans, utensils, grill utensils, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, toaster, hand mixer, and mixing bowls.
Guest access:
This is a private home. You’ll have it all to yourself! You will have access to the entire inside and outside which consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, game room, and the backyard, which includes a pool (heated optional with payment) and hot tub.
Due to the extremely high cost to heat a pool, we do charge an additional $125/night to heat the pool. You can choose to have it heated for as few or as many nights as you would like during your stay.

All I can say is wow! We stayed at this property with two of our daughters their partners and children. Plenty of room for everyone. Large open kitchen so we could all help out of preparing meals. Lots of space on the floor for the little ones to play games. And the pool area? It was a big hit with everyone and some of the best memories were made there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.Communications with Jessie, the property manager, were friendly and clear. As for location, close to grocery stores and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I have rented many short term rentals and this was absolutely one of the best. If you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate to book this one!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The property was very well maintained, clean, and exactly as described. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were a huge highlight and made for such a relaxing getaway. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy both together time and privacy. The owners clearly take great care of the property, and it showed in every detail. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the home worked well for our group. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone, and we appreciated that it was well stocked with kitchen supplies and had plenty of towels. The indoor space met our expectations and was convenient for our needs.The main issue we experienced was with the heated pool. It was a key reason we booked this property due to it being prominently advertised. We attempted to coordinate pool heating in advance, but there was inconsistent communication about the required notice (ranging from advance notice, to 24–48 hours, and back to general advance notice). As a result, we did not get to use the heated pool feature during our stay.After our stay, communication with the host felt unprofessional at times when discussing these concerns. We were also contacted regarding additional charges related to excess trash and hot tub cleanliness. We left trash neatly bagged and placed by the bins upon checkout.Overall, the home itself met our basic needs, but the experience around communication and access to advertised amenities was disappointing.
