Outstanding house in outstanding location
Only one tiny comment- lawn sprinklers came on at 3am a couple of mornings & the noise of the sprinklers & water woke us up & they stayed on for quite some time. Would be good idea to get the sprinklers’ timer changes to a daylight hours time.

The wonderful renovations of an old style cottage, layout and generous size of various living areas, comfortable beds and furniture, 2 bathrooms/showers, very well equipped kitchen, location was very central and fairly level walk to beach restaurants, 2 air conditioning units for large areas, which could be closed off if required, 2 televisions if required, undercover off road parking, fully fenced, generous yard, outdoor beach shower, full laundry
ONLY thing we noted was the floor was quite sandy/gritty, otherwise very clean

age and lack of comfort of some furniture, particularly the large corner settee in the living room (felt like we were sitting on the floor)
