Excellent location and facilities but the place is run down and in need of a significant deep clean

The location is excellent and the overall facilities were quite good

The place is very run down and in need of a significant deep clean and maintenance. There were lots of cobwebs and spiders, a broken towel rack, rusted mesh in a kitchen cupboard, mould in the bathroom and the kitchen knives were significantly blunt. There were also some blood stains on the pillow undercovers. The lounge in the main room was also very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

The location is excellent and the overall facilities were quite good
