Хороший отель, очень отзывчивый персонал, у нас была комната на последнем этаже с огромным окном и понорамным видом на горы, наверное самая лучшая в отеле. В стоимость включены спа и консультация врача, можно получить лечебные процедуры. Мы взяли электрофорез и обертывания нафталаном, а также массаж. Очень чисто.

The customer support was weak. First, had issues at the check in. They were not able to find my reservation saying all rooms are sold out, and when pushed eventually gave us a similar option. Then, we asked for the tea and were told that it will take long as they have customers and i said well we are customers too :) so we decided to wait and as all oudoor cabinets were ocupied we sat otdoor at the deck and no lights were on. Then, we tried to go to the swimming pool the next morning. Got dressed and were told that only ladies can ener the swimming pool until 2pm, and men after 2 pm. Well what if i have a boy and a girl and both want to swim and the ckeckout is at 12 pm, so it means the swimming pool was not available for 2 out of 4 memebrs of my family. Not sure if it is ok for a resort style hotel. When was checking out, they told me that the staff should check the room. So she checked and asked me about tea cups. Whether there were 2 or more. I ponited to to cups we had and said not sure if there were supposed more or not. But that is all we had.
