I liked everything about the apartment itself it was awesome I don't know how I could have found a better place to stay for the night I didn't want to leave
I didn't like the fact that the part of the ice maker was corroded it needs to be cleaned thoroughly before anyone would use it I'm quite sure that anyone who stays here if they are like me they would not put a glass under there and get ice., and the coffee maker doesn't work.

Very clean. Nice amenities. The washer and dryer are nice and come in handy. It was even stocked with some bottled water and coffee to get you started.
The location is a little out of the way, but it was very quiet. The towel rack was missing in the master bath, but that seems to be a very common issue in my experience.

The house is nice and well designed. Love the concrete floors. The second bath in this one was helpful with 3 adults. Lots of space and pretty well supplied kitchen.
One bed frame was VERY loose and could have come apart if a little pressure was applied. Not good for a 350 lb person. The bathtub has VERY bad cracks which could catch skin. Baths and kit are so calcified that they don't appear to have EVER been cleaned. dust bunnies behind the doors. Dirty wall. Stuff in shower which I cleaned off very easily were NOT cleaned before I came. Upkeep on this property needs MORE. Wifi was so iffy the TV and phones seemed to have trouble working at the same time. And the VERY forceful NO EVENTS rule may be the dealbreaker. I wanted to cook a meal and play cards with my 75 yr old sister and her son, but did not as I did not want a $500 charge. Sad.
