Clean, bright, homely
I loved everything, it was a little further to walk to beach than I would like due to a disability but was just about as perfect as it could be. I spent a lovely couple of night on the deck with a good book and a glass of wine, very peaceful

Nice quiet location, very tastefully decorated and everything was to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was very good, nice large fridge with freezer, good cooking facilities, coffee machine with pods. Bank beach within 5 mins drive was the best in the area with excellent facilities and lovely sand. There is a very large Shaws Supermarket right opposite the end of the road to the property (unfortunately it is very expensive compared to UK shop prices, which we find are expensive, but nowhere near as much as the USA! If you travel 10 mins in either direction you can find a Stop and Go shop which are just as large, but slightly cheaper!!
No tea towel, could do with a few more utensils (peeler, grater, microwaveable glass bowels). Whilst the decking area was a big plus for us booking this property, unfortunately and probably due to time of year, we had no sun on the decking by the time we came back each day visiting the beautiful area. Maybe the trees at the side could be trimmed down to allow more sun?

Went to 28 Atlantic for breakfast, good value for price with excellent views of ocean. Cottage is in quite location and private. Good Energy! Brax Landing Restaurant is very close and has nice harbor view with outside fireplace.
Cottage was new, modern and very well kept. Efficient Kitchen and dinning area. Grounds are well taken care of. Patio has nice comfortable sitting area with grille and was a pleasure.
I would recommend 2 chairs for B/R. L/R area. Locate b/w bath door and closet and one in area of night stand. Move night stand and light if necessary.
