Loved the location, close to beach, Paignton, shops and takeaways. Hardly needed to use the car as everything within walking distance, you can catch boat from Paignton to Brixham or Torquay. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Property was clean, comfy and cosy. Good size TV and WiFi worked great! Shower is amazing! The parking was a real plus, big driveway with allocated visitors parking. Owners are very friendly and helpful should you have questions or need anything else. Would definitely stay again if we return to Devon in the future.
Only a small thing which isn't owners fault. There is a loose manhole cover on the road outside the property with goes thud thud every time a car goes over it, got a bit annoying at times, couldn't close windows as it was too warm! Hopefully council will get this sorted soon.

Great facilities and well laid out. Easy walk to sea front
Just being picky, I was not a fan of having the only bathroom downstairs with both bedrooms upstairs. The outside space is small but functional. Very steep first step outside but handrail on wall to help.
