The look and feel of the hotel is so comfortable and calm. The attention to details when I walked in the room, the scent, the calming sound from the tv and zen image. I loved the feel of the boutique hotel.
A bit of loud music coming from neighboring venue late at night which was a little annoying to fall asleep to.

I liked the location and how clean is the room
I didnt like that theres no employee u feel alone , when u want to check-in if u didn't do it online u have to go to a nearby hotel to get ur keys. The balcony was dirty u can see spiderweb all over the balcony and the lights are automatically turned on at night which is really unhelpful for mosquitoes and for privacy. There's a microwave however u cannot find any plates or spoon or whatever u need when u use the microwave....
