Beautiful, clean, everything we needed. Great location in a quiet and pretty village.
TV probably needs an upgrade. Screen has strange blotches?? However it was signed into Netflix and iPlayer which was good.

We stayed at Dan and Yvonne's flat for three nights and had the most wonderful stay. The accommodation looks recently refurbished and had all the amenities required for a comfortable and pleasant stay. By the end of our stay, it felt like a home away from home. We would recommend it very highly and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the Edzell / Fettercairn area in future.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything better than expected, quiet location best suited if your itinerary has things to do at the east coast. Super clean and organized, helpful host with excellent communication.
Super quiet location means there are not much to do at a walking distance. There is a well organized book on the premises with all necessary info on where to find what but you will need a car and proactive preparation for most of your needs.

Lovely flat, second time we have stayed. Very peaceful, clean and comfy with great decor and all the facilities. Perfect for a few nights, we were attending an event in Aberdeen. Hosts were very considerate and thoughtful with milk, biccies etc :)
