The room was clean and tidy with an en-suite bathroom. Tracey had left some extra pillows and beddings if we needed it. The pub was just next door but it wasn’t loud at all. My husband enjoyed finishing off the day with a pint there.
Everything was good.

Unfortunately we had to leave early for our sailing so did not have the homemade breakfast offered

Easy access from the main road. An additional entrance at the back was great. We didn't need to walk through the main entrance.
Small fridge in the room and a laundry room.

Great location for visiting the very west of cornwall, very central, it's a great base to go to Penzance as well as st ives or lands end. Excellent price, very clean and comfortable, the room had all we needed (towels, tea, coffee, biscuits).
The host and her daughter are both very kind and welcoming.
The pub had a great selection of local beers, for a very good price. There's a big private parking behind the inn.
We'll come back here if we visit Cornwall again, thank you !
Nothing to say, we loved it all, even better that we expected :)
