Lovely old property, was a bit chilly in the bar.
Our room was cold on arrival, as there was no heating on.
Radiator was not on , but there was an electric heater we used to warm the room.

An excellent location close to St Michael's Mount and Penzance with a pleasant room. It prepared good food and excellent friendly staff who were particularly attentive after an accident outside to hotel.
Some of the building's fabric could do with attention although this was not particularly apparent from the inside, and the position of hoardings were too close to the road to make exit to a busy road hazardous.

Good location for seeing this part of Cornwall, especially Penzance and St Michael's Mount. Excellent breakfast and restaurant for evening meals, which we availed ourselves of.
Up to 11pm, you could hear the noise (voices and music) from the room below, but then what do you expect, it is an inn.

Personable staff and good atmosphere in the dining room when full.
Very poor exterior condition. The type of condition that would make you drive pass.
