Wasnt aware there was a breakfast.
Room rate was not the one i booked on the internet, much more. When I printed the confirmation the rate was "not shown". Bait and switch in my opinion.

Everything. Very pleasant and clean. Nice staff. Beautiful rooms. Great beds. Cool location within walking distance of a lot of places.

Traveling to Houma, LA…this was the perfect place to stop outside of a New Orleans
Attention to small details from cleaning staff…shower gel and shampoo empty…had to wait for shower until we could get a replacement bottle

It was very clean and very quiet and it had pretty good rooms
The breakfast took forever to get and the breakfast wasn’t included even though it said it was on my ticket for the hotel. So that made no sense.

Elevator needed repair on recently build building

New building and well lit
Bed was terrible it was like someone took a truck and parked it on it and cause the center to fail. My wife and I rolled into each other as we sunk into the center of the mattress. Plus it was really lumpy. Window shade was broken so we lived in a cave could not get any daylight into room. Told the management, and all we got was "oh well have to let maintenance know about it. 405$ for 2 nights that I could have stayed down the street for half that not going back

My husband and I went there for a little getaway. It was wonderful. The location was perfect we went to the Japanese place next door.

I loved the location of the facility and the options that they had for food. I liked the fact that they had an open bar and plenty of tables in the lobby to sit at.
Also the area was safe!!
Inside pool is a plus!
I didn't like the fact that this facility does not accept cash. I had a spending limit ony card and was thinking I could pay cash and they don't accept cash. Luckily I had a diff way of paying, but I didn't know they didn't accept cash.
There is also a $50 deposit per each room that I didn't know about which wasn't a big deal and it takes 5-7 business days to fall off of your account.
The bathroom does not have a vent, so after showering you will be a little chilly. Warm it up ahead of time in the room!
House keeping comes around super early. Checkout time on email says 12, but the room tells u at 11. They do give you longer if needed, so that was good.

Excellent location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet room as requested. New hotel so it was super clean. Close to a variety of restaurants and shopping.
Fire alarm went off by accident in the middle of the night. Interrupted my beauty sleep.
