Just perfect kids dog and husband loved it

Modern quiet and the hot tub

Nothing only thing is I would update the picture here of the view from the hot tub since it’s now a row of caravans in front gives off the wrong idea

False advertising and very disappointing!

The location in St Andrews

The checkin instructions on the email were wrong and out of date. The hose was still on filling up the hot tub when we arrived after check in time. There was a dirty sexual toy lying on the living room floor (I presume from the previous occupants). The photos on the advert are totally out of date as the property was very run down and wasn’t very clean. Carpets and sofas had lots of stains. The bedroom might shade was sat on the bedroom floor. Crockery in the cupboard was dirty. Hand soaps in both bathrooms were empty.

Family holiday

We loved the hot tub although it wasn't check daily, the resort itself is really good.

The lodge certainly let the holiday down, all but one blind worked it didn't look good, the voil Curtains were all torn at the bottom, it certainly was not worth the money I paid for it , I'm definitely disappointed with lodge 30.
