My initial reasons for booking this hotel was their ability to accommodate our bed request for a family of 5, price, and the location. It was very simple, not fancy, but felt safe and clean. We ran into a few minor issues and the staff was creative and helpful to resolve them.
The staff were a bit pushy about asking us for a 10 star review. I told them I would be happy to write a review, but they literally wanted to stand over my shoulder and watch me do it. I stayed there two separate times on one trip so I can now take the time to write my thoughts on our stay rather than just click "10" all the way through as they asked.

Great location close to station and # 10 tram that takes you to Sempioni Park. Staff is friendly and helpful. AC works and there are cold drinks for purchase in the lobby. Also, a real espresso machine for morning breakfast.

The room was good and the location was just opposite the airport shuttle which was very convinient for us.
The facilities here mentions coffee house at site and does not mention an additional cost but when asked to use the coffee machine the staff refused saying that it does not say that you can use it. There was no kettle nor coffee machine in the room. Also, the minibar is not for use. The safe in the room was out of order when asked we were told not to use it because its out of order.
Plus, you can find good and cheap options for breakfast outside the hotel.
