Location to Milan Central Station was fantastic for breaking up our train journey, nice and easy to get to with four cases and two children. Good light blocking curtains, and the windows blocked out a lot of the street noise.
We don't like sleeping with air conditioning on but it was too noisy to have the windows open given the central location. But that is totally on us and what you would expect if you don't turn on the AC. When it was on it was great!

My initial reasons for booking this hotel was their ability to accommodate our bed request for a family of 5, price, and the location. It was very simple, not fancy, but felt safe and clean. We ran into a few minor issues and the staff was creative and helpful to resolve them.
The staff were a bit pushy about asking us for a 10 star review. I told them I would be happy to write a review, but they literally wanted to stand over my shoulder and watch me do it. I stayed there two separate times on one trip so I can now take the time to write my thoughts on our stay rather than just click "10" all the way through as they asked.

Location is excellent for travel on bus or train.access was good.
No tea making facilities in room. Pillow was very hard. Water was cold in shower. Toiletries were basic.

"Great location close to station and # 10 tram that takes you to Sempioni Park. Staff is friendly and helpful. AC works and there are cold drinks for purchase in the lobby. Also, a real espresso machin..."
