About this house rental

Situated in Middleton, this charming house for $104 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Zinc is a cute and cosy quintessential beach shack located at Middleton in the area known as The Point. A few minutes walk will have you strolling along Middleton Beach, watching the surfers, (and the whales in winter!) Whilst small in size, Zinc is big on the cute and cosy factor, and with a large outdoor deck and huge backyard, it is ideal for couples or small families. There are three bedrooms, a small living dining kitchen area and a small bathroom and laundry. The kids will love the bunks and the yard big enough to kick the footy or a play a game of cricket. The backyard is set up for children with an outdoor blackboard which is very popular. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking facilities including a dishwasher so there is no excuse for not cooking up a storm with all the fresh produce you purchase from the local markets. If you are not keen on cooking, the location of Zinc is perfect, with the Middleton Tavern, coffee shops, bakery and surf shop all within a lovely 5-10 minute walk. As keen recyclers, most of Zinc's furniture is preloved or recycled, as we were also keen to preserve the "shack" feel of our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Great spot with minutes walk to the beach to check out the surfers and kids play on the rocks. The shack was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable mostly. Communication with owner was quick and helpful.

We had a relaxing time at this cute shack. Everything we needed was there. Great location close to the beach. The dog was happy and so were we. Highly recommend this place to others.

Great place and location for our family of three plus Labrador: secure backyard for the dog, great patch of lawn for backyard cricket, lovely deck for meals and reading, and just lovely to ‘wash the beach off’ on the lawn under the hot & cold shower. We’d book again!

We had a really lovely stay here. The back patio and yard are a great size. The house is comfortable and provided everything we needed, and the owner (Jo) responded to questions promptly. We would really recommend it for good honest value

Gorgeous cozy shack with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (family of 4). Tastefully renovated. Will be back in warmer weather to enjoy the deck!
