I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and our 7-year-old son, and we had a wonderful stay.
The location is perfect, directly opposite Sirkeci Marmaray Station and very centrally located, making it easy to get around Istanbul.
The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is excellent. We also really appreciated the complimentary water: there were 10 bottles waiting for us in the minibar, and whenever we needed more, the staff happily provided them.
The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and customer-focused, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.
We have visited Istanbul many times, but this has definitely become one of our favorite hotels in the city.
We would happily stay here again and look forward to coming back!

Very central. Close to train station.
Excellent for short stay 1-2 days
Room was very tiny but adequate for short stay & if you are out most of the day. We only needed it for sleeping.

The overall stay was good.. Staff were good and cooperative.. The Location was brilliant.. I travelled with my family, I booked two rooms.. One for two people and another one for three people.. My room was very cozy, but the overall facilities were good. But ensure the room size is adequate at least you can walk around..
My room was very cozy, and the Toilet had few marks.. it should be cleaned or replaced..
