Nice service room was neat and clean nice breakfast. The hotel location was at the tourist spot and the staff was very cooperative, especially Mr. Haroon.

Great location, great selection of foods for breakfast and very helpful staff. Staff organised for us to loan a wheelchair to make it easier for us to get around and sightsee as my daughter was on crutches.

The location is within short distance from key attractions. The staff was very freindly. Coffee and tea are free and available all day. The breakfast was of good quality. The beds are confortable and the bathroom was clean and pleasant. The rooms are cleaned daily and on time. The elevator was generally quick and available. The wifi was good. We visited several hotels in south Turkey then this hotel in Istanbul. It was clearly the best among them.
The brekfast could be improved through more daily availability of fresh fruits like watermelon which at times was missing. A variety of whole grain breads will also make it better. The staff was amazing, but just the moment we were leaving to the airport at midnight after a 4-days stay, our Booking.com van driver needed english translation support from the hotel receptionist. We were upset with the driver because we did not receive the van size we booked, and the hotel staff member started raising his voice and being irritated and somewhat disrepectful. It was a big and sad last minute failure of an otherwise exceptional hotel staff performance.
