Clean room, very friendly staff! Thank you. The hotel experienced a power outage during my stay, but this was obviously not their fault, and the staff was very proactive in dealing with the situation. The water pressure on the 7th floor was quite low, though. I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk, and he immediately called someone to come and check it out. So, if possible, I would recommend getting a room on a lower floor. The hotel is very well located, right in the center of everything. It can be a little noisy because of the tramway, but the value for money is excellent.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
