Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon and my husband’s birthday extra special. We had lovely surprises waiting for us on arrival and they genuinely couldn’t have done more for us throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is stunning, the spa is incredible, and we loved the wine tasting and complimentary cable car passes. The food was honestly outstanding, every meal was delicious!
The attention to detail, service and little touches made our stay so memorable. We absolutely loved My Arbor and would return in a heartbeat. ❤️

the facilities are excellent, and the food superb. Traveling with our dog, we discovered that where we thought we might have to leave her in the room during meals, in fact there was a lounge dining area we could use and have her with us - this was actually better, in our view, than the restaurant...it was certainly quieter and more relaxed.
Nothing really...if I was to be extremely picky, the last morning before leaving we encountered the only small fault in service with a clearly rather annoyed and rushed restaurant manager...I suspect there were some staff delays as we were down early for breakfast.

Everything! The stunning setting, staff, facilities, food and rooms were all flawless and absolutely spectacular. We will be back.
The only comment is that there’s nothing much within walking distance, it’s relatively remote and we had a little trouble getting to the hotel in a storm as the road was closed.
