Good location on a quiet street. The shared kitchen has everything you need, and there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as free laundry detergent. Cleaning was done frequently. The air conditioning worked well.
There is an issue with the Wi-Fi. The connection is fine on the premises, but it drops as soon as you enter the room (this applies to both Wi-Fi networks provided). It turned out we weren't the only ones experiencing this problem.

Great facilities at the Apartments building, and a brilliant location for the main strip and beaches. The bonus was you can also use all of the facilities at the hotel, just a short walk away. Two lovely pools, direct access to the beach, gym and restauarant. Very friendly hotel reception staff also.
I didn't read the instructions for check-in properly so didn't do check-in online. I arrived late, but a friendly person managed to contact the hotel reception for me. A short walk to the hotel to check-in and pay the local taxes, then back to the apartment to access the key to my room from the padlock. My own fault!

Our check-in experience was smooth, even though we arrived after midnight. We had to check in at a different building nearby, but the process was quick. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and gave us clear directions to our hostal.
We were in Room 4 on the ground floor. It was small and simple, but most importantly, it was clean and had its own private bathroom. For a five-day trip where we were really only in the room to sleep, it was perfectly comfortable. It could get a little noisy with neighbors nearby, but everyone was respectful.
The hostal offers some great shared amenities. There's a kitchen available for all guests, equipped with a microwave, glasses, and cutlery, so preparing a simple meal is definitely an option. We also noticed two washing machines, which we didn't use but assume are free for guests.
The absolute best thing about Hostal Flor Amistad is its location. It's just a five-minute walk to the beach and to Paguera's main boulevard, which is full of shops and restaurants. The convenience is unbeatable.
If you are looking for a luxury experience, this isn't the place for you. But if you want a clean, comfortable, and fantastically located base to explore Paguera without breaking the bank, I can definitely recommend Hostal Flor Amistad.
Let's be clear, Mallorca can be quite expensive, and paying over 500 euros for five nights in a hostal without breakfast might seem steep, but those are the typical prices for the area in Aug-Sep, I guess.

Breakfast and the owner were both fantastic! Could not recommend this place more for those aspects.
The room has lots of space and was tidy and had a fridge. Very pleasant.
Although a restless night sleep, the breakfast and the kind owner definitely made up for it. I think it would be more pleasant if there was no one above us.
We stayed in room 7.
But there were a few things that needed renewing and from what I understand will be in the winter 2022.
The shower was old and leaked water and the shower head holder was broken. We left on two single mattresses out together which was fine but one made so much noise just sitting on it. It wasn’t the bed as the other mattress didn’t make any noise. It made for a difficult sleep for anyone who doesn’t sleep very very still. The walls were very thin and unfortunately at no fault of the owners the people upstairs were awake at 6am. We could even hear them yawning.
